Product Used: Stainless Steel Thermal Soup Cup MCJ-A

**Ingredients
Apple 100g
Onion 30g
Carrots 60g
Cabbage 60g
Salt a little

**Steps
1. Remove the apple seeds and strip into 3cm long
2. Strip the carrots into 3cm long
3. Strip the onion and cabbage
4. Add all ingredients and boiling water into the soup cup to 80% full
5. Cover it with lid and pour away the water after 1 mins
6. Add boiling water to 80% full
7. Close the lid tight and stew for 2 hours
8. Add salt before serving
