Stewed Meatball with Potato

Product Used: 4-in-1 Multi-functional tacook Rice Cooker (JAJ-A55S)

**Meatball Ingredients:
Minced Beef 140g
Minced Pork 60g
Onion Cubes 50g
Breadcrumbs 20g
Egg 1pc
Black Pepper 0.5tsp
Salt 1tsp

**Other Ingredients:
Potato 2pcs
Onions ½ Pcs
Snap Peas A Little
Carrot Slices A Little

**Seasonings:
Japanese Soy Sauce 1.5tbsp
Mirin 1tbsp
Sake Or Rice Wine 1tbsp
Water 1tbsp

**Steps:
1. Cut onions and carrots into slices. Remove the two ends of the snap peas
2. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes
3. Mix the meatball ingredients and other ingredients until it becomes “sticky”. Make the mixture into ball shape.
4. Place the onions into the rice cooker inner pot, add potatoes, carrots and meatballs accordingly, then seasonings.
5. Put the inner pot into the rice cooker. Choose “Stew-Soup” function, heat for 25mins. When hearing the “beep beep” sound from the rice cooker, add snap peas and then set 5 mins for cooking.

TIPS:
1. You may use meat according to your preference. If you are vegetarian, you may use chicken or tofu.
2. If you like more soup base, you may add more onions.
3. Make the potatoes rounder and they will look nicer when cooked.
