Turnip Cake (by Rice Cooker)

Product Used: Made-in-Japan Electric Skillet (CPK-D130) & 4-in-1 Multi-functional tacook Rice Cooker (JAJ-A55S)


**Ingredients
Turnip ½ pcs
Lak Cheong (Chinese Preserved Sausage) 1pcs
Chinese Preserved Meat ½ pcs
Dried Shrimp a little
Water 150ml
Dried Scallion 1pc
Spring Onion 2pcs
Rice Flour 4tbsp
Sugar, Salt, Pepper, Rice Wine a little each

**Steps
1. Cut the turnip into fine strips; Cut the lak cheong, Chinese preserved meat, dried scallion and spring onions into cubes
2. Add oil into the deep pan of the Electric Skillet (CPK-D13S), pan fry the dried scallion, lak cheong, Chinese preserved meat, dried shrimp and rice wine until fragrant. Stir a bit with sugar, salt and spring onions.
3. Turn on the “Stew-Soup” function of the Rice Cooker (JAJ-A55S), add water and turnip. Pour away the water after boiled. After mixing well with the rice flour, pepper, sugar and salt, add in other ingredients.
4. Grease the tacook cooking plate, pour in the (3).
5. Add water to the inner pot to water line “2”. Start “Stew-Soup” for 45-60mins
