Yam and Pork Soup (by Soup Cup)

Product Used: Stainless Steel Thermal Soup Cup MCJ-A

**Ingredients
Yam 120g
(Small) Pork Ribs 3pcs
Corn 3pcs
Wolfberries a little
Red Dates a little
Water 400ml
Salt a little

**Steps
1. Soak the pork ribs into warm water for 30-60 mins, pour away the water and clean the ribs
2. Preheat the soup cup by adding hot water
3. Boil the pork ribs and other ingredients over the heat and add 400ml water
4. Pour away the hot water in the Cup. Add (3) and stew for at least 3 hours. Add salt.

**Tips
- Soaking the ribs in warm water can remove the dirt and make the soup clear and tastier.
