Taking sufficient amount of water is very important. Yet, drinking water only when you feel thirsty is too late! Then is there any good time for drinking water?

“70% of our body is water” is a well-know fact. In general, an adult will intake and output approximately 2.5L of water everyday. Water helps blood circulation, nutritions transmission, facilitating metabolism, body temperature regulations, etc. Water is especially important when we are staying in air-con areas, doing sports, before and after sleep, before and after shower and after drinking alcoholic drinks. However, never drink a huge amount in one go. That will make the blood concentration decrease and you may feel tired. Please also be aware that different standard applies to babies and kids.

In short, it is always a good idea to bring our own water bottles or thermal bottles when we are out. Healthy and eco-friendly!
