Ingredients

  • 1. Beef ………… 200g
  • 2. Shredded zha cai (cut the zha cai into shreds) ………… 60g
  • Condiments( 3.~6.)
  • 3. Soy sauce ………… 1 tablespoon
  • 4. Corn starch ………… 3/4 tablespoon
  • 5. Sugar ………… 3/4 tablespoon
  • 6. Sesame oil ………… 1 teaspoon
  • 1. Beef ………… 400g
  • 2. Shredded zha cai (cut the zha cai into shreds) ………… 120g
  • Condiments( 3.~6.)
  • 3. Soy sauce ………… 2 tablespoons
  • 4. Corn starch ………… 1-1/2 tablespoons
  • 5. Sugar ………… 1-1/2 tablespoons
  • 6. Sesame oil ………… 2 teaspoons

How to make

  1. Clean the shredded zha cai and dry it by dripping the water.
  2. Slice the beef and mix it with the condiments and pickle it in the refrigerator for a while.
  3. Load the cooking plate with 2 and place the shredded zha cai on it.
  1. Put the washed rice and water in the inner pot and set it in the rice cooker.
  2. Place 3 into the inner pot, select the “同時烹煮 / Synchro-Cooking” menu
    and press the [炊飯 / Start] key.
  3. When cooking is complete, place the cooked rice in a serving bowl and top it off with 3.
