  • 8. Coriander ………… For garnish

  • 3. Century egg ………… 2
  • 4. Ginger ………… 30g
  • Condiments( 5.~7.)
  • 5. Salt ………… 1 teaspoon
  • 6. Sesame oil ………… 1 teaspoon
  • 7. White pepper ………… A dash
  • 8. Coriander ………… For garnish
  • 9. Salt ………… To taste

How to make

  1. Slice the white fish, mix the slices with the condiments and pickle in the refrigerator for a while.
  2. Dice the century eggs and shred the ginger.
  3. Wash the rice in the inner pot.
    Add water up to level 1 of “稀飯 ∙ 稠 / Porridge · hard ” in the inner pot
    (level 0.5 for the 5.5-cup Cooker) and put 1 and 2 into it.
    Select the “稀飯 / Porridge” menu, set the heating time to 70 minutes, and press the [炊飯 / Start] key.
  4. When cooking is complete, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Put into a bowl and sprinkle minced coriander.
